Gymnastics is the best but hardest sport. It takes very special people to follow this pathway.
What you need is
TOTAL COMMITMENT, SPEED, STRENGTH, COORDINATION
DETERMINATION, ELEGANCE, COURAGE
The list goes on. You have to be an all round sportsman
We don't mind if you can't kick a ball. We'll leave that to the footballers. They couldn't do your sport
All the girls for these groups are selected

Friday - 4.00 - 6.00
Then you add
Monday - 5.30 - 7.30
THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY
